- Direct SaaS/Cloud selling experience is required.

- Employ solution-selling techniques to guide sales to close.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for tracking and updates on sales activities.
- Work with management to deliver forecasts and identify opportunities.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues and escalate as needed.
- Stay informed about product lines, competition, and industry trends.
