Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry or related business, preferably in Enterprise Architecture.
- Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organizations.
- Experience to structure and prioritize work effectively.
- 1+ year working knowledge with Customer Success tools, such as Gainsight is a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Dutch is required for specific regions.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through their journey, ensuring their success.
- Take full responsibility for a portfolio of strategic customers along their journey.
- Build and strengthen relationships to become a trusted advisor.
- Drive product adoption to ensure added value.
