Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry or related business, preferably in Enterprise Architecture.
  • Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organizations.
  • Experience to structure and prioritize work effectively.
  • 1+ year working knowledge with Customer Success tools, such as Gainsight is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, or Dutch is required for specific regions.
