• Full proficiency in bookkeeping and accounts preparation software (e.g., BrightPay, Xero, TaxCalc, Karbon, Dext).
• Ability to provide guidance to bookkeeping team and facilitate training.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of all bookkeeping tasks for client portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Communicate with HMRC when necessary and reconcile client accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, manage year-end accounts, and ensure payroll compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for client bookkeeping queries and escalate complex issues.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies, maintain bookkeeping documentation, and provide updates to management.
