Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in retirement, FinTech, wealth, or a similar industry.
- Intimate knowledge of retirement plan advisors and their practices.
- Clear understanding of partnerships across multiple channels.
- Track record of managing and leading sales regions, exceeding targets.
- Ability to carry a sale through the entire cycle from prospecting to conversion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create effective selling processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing and cold calling prospect lists.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop a retirement plan sales pipeline and prospect for new clients.
- Convert retirement plan opportunities into sales through a consistent process.
- Provide product demos and have deep understanding of retirement plan administration.
- Build and manage the sales hand-off process to client success teams.
- Meet sales and revenue targets in the assigned region.
