Requirements:
  • 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in retirement, FinTech, wealth, or a similar industry.
  • Intimate knowledge of retirement plan advisors and their practices.
  • Clear understanding of partnerships across multiple channels.
  • Track record of managing and leading sales regions, exceeding targets.
  • Ability to carry a sale through the entire cycle from prospecting to conversion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create effective selling processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and cold calling prospect lists.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and convert strategic partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop a retirement plan sales pipeline and prospect for new clients.
  • Convert retirement plan opportunities into sales through a consistent process.
  • Provide product demos and have deep understanding of retirement plan administration.
  • Build and manage the sales hand-off process to client success teams.
  • Meet sales and revenue targets in the assigned region.
