Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in retirement, FinTech, or related industry.
- Intimate knowledge of how retirement plan advisors build and grow their practice.
- Ability to articulate partnerships across multiple channels.
- Track record of managing sales regions and exceeding targets.
- Ability to carry a plan sale through the entire sales cycle.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating effective selling processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing and cold calling prospect lists.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the main driver for gaining distribution and converting retirement plans in your sales region.
- Identify and successfully convert strategic partnerships with financial institutions and partners.
- Develop a retirement plan sales pipeline through key relationships and prospecting.
- Convert retirement plan opportunities into sales through a repeatable process.
- Provide product demos and possess deep understanding of retirement plan technology.
- Build a robust hand-off process for client experience and repeat business.
- Manage and deliver on plan sales and revenue targets.
