Requirements:

• 4+ years experience designing and launching high quality digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design process.
• Highly skilled with Figma, Usertesting, and similar design/research tools.
• Experience in design research and experimentation.
• Clear communicator and collaborator in design feedback.
• Preferred qualifications include running user research and navigating user needs vs. business requirements.
• Experience with Agile software development framework.
• Skills in complex domains like Finance, Healthcare, or Education.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or engineering-related field.

Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights.
• Create and maintain user journey maps, personas, and service blueprints.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to define project goals and propose design solutions.
• Conduct usability tests on new and existing features for iterative improvement.
• Ensure visual design aligns with user experience vision and brand guidelines.
• Leverage customer feedback and analytics data to optimize user interactions.
• Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive.
• Contribute to and maintain a design system across products and platforms.
