Requirements:

• At least 8+ years in progressively responsible roles in Professional Services, with experience managing and scaling teams in the enterprise software space.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through strategic selling and consultative engagements.
• Strong technical expertise in databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL), cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD platforms.
• Proficiency in Git workflows and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to prioritize and drive the resolution of complex technical issues in enterprise IT environments.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Professional Services team to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of the Professional Services (PS) business, with accountability for achieving revenue targets and driving overall growth.
• Oversee implementation partners' training, certification, and performance to ensure consistent quality and successful customer outcomes.
• Act as a player-coach by performing customer implementations (requirements, design, implementation, testing, and documentation) and supporting key accounts.
• Partner with Sales to drive Professional Services revenue by conducting discovery sessions, creating Statements of Work (SOWs), and articulating the value of PS offerings to close deals.
• Mentor team members and provide growth opportunities through professional development initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing strategic guidance and ensuring long-term success, adoption, and expansion.
