Requirements:
- Solid experience in leading large and complex client relationships in a client-facing position.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple clients/projects concurrently.

- Highly proficient in both Portuguese and English.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing a sales plan for each named client, defining products and expansion opportunities.
- Lead the client relationship for large and complex enterprise accounts throughout the client lifecycle.
- Ensure contract renewals, expansions, and negotiate contracts on an annual basis.
- Partner with client's HR and decision makers to connect their executives with Wellhub executives.
- Provide product feedback, including client requirements and suggested enhancements.
- Live the company mission by promoting wellbeing in the workplace.
