Requirements:
  • Solid experience in leading large and complex client relationships in a client-facing position.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple clients/projects concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly proficient in both Portuguese and English.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing a sales plan for each named client, defining products and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead the client relationship for large and complex enterprise accounts throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Ensure contract renewals, expansions, and negotiate contracts on an annual basis.
  • Partner with client's HR and decision makers to connect their executives with Wellhub executives.
  • Provide product feedback, including client requirements and suggested enhancements.
