Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, revenue operations, or a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO, providing feedback and facilitating decision-making.
  • Partner with CRO to develop and track strategic initiatives across the Revenue organization.
  • Design an operational meeting structure to maintain focus and track commitments.
  • Lead high-priority cross-functional projects and manage associated risks and timelines.
  • Develop content for leadership communication platforms and ensure meetings produce actionable outcomes.
  • Champion Iterable’s values and plan team-building activities for the leadership team.
