Ability to effectively summarise and communicate research results. Prior exposure to quantitative research, preferably in digital assets. Proficiency in Python and experience using statistical packages.

Analyse the crypto ecosystems to uncover the fundamental dynamics that drive price and risk formation. Utilise advanced statistical techniques on both traditional and crypto-specific data sets. Conceptualise and enhance monetisation systems for trading signals and other market anomalies. Implement, backtest, and deploy algorithmic trading strategies within a live trading environment. Monitor live strategy performance and integrate insights into the research loop. Participate in the development of our research agenda based on research findings and ideas.
