Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in an accounting or finance role with necessary managerial experience.
• Ability to manage risks with effective internal controls.
• Fast learner, adaptable in a changing environment.
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage period-end close for timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Run annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Ensure statutory compliance and reporting, including audits and tax returns.
• Manage and develop a small finance team.
• Lead improvement projects in a fast-paced environment.
