- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German.
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security with a focus on enterprise accounts.
- Success in owning and growing a geographical territory within EMEA.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Outstanding sales skills in prospecting, pipeline building, and strategic account planning.
- Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling.
- Proficient in business acumen, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Preferable proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Linkedin Sales Navigator & Outreach.
- Manage and grow a designated geographical region or country within EMEA, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, supplemented with inbound leads.
- Refine client targeting by segmenting against Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
- Develop insights into client structure, key decision-makers, and buying processes.
- Identify opportunities to expand and cross-sell solutions within existing accounts.
- Attend industry events to represent the company and build relationships.
