Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or related fields.
• 5+ years in TPA and X12 Data exchanges or technical services.
• Healthcare or HealthTech experience is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in startup or growth-phase companies.
• Ability to collaborate with both US and offshore teams.
• Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology.
• Ability to travel up to 1-2x/quarter.

Responsibilities:

• Build and mentor high-performing agile teams for product execution.
• Perform user research and discovery while considering legal and market dynamics.
• Create and drive product strategy for member experience and care team services.
• Manage TPA Data roadmaps for internal and external data exchanges.
• Ensure alignment and communication across teams and leadership.
• Apply a data-driven approach to product development and experimentation.
• Refine processes to deliver high-quality products on time and budget.
• Manage activations and insights related to data exchanges.
• Support member experience through health plan and digital health integrations.
• Create accurate internal and external reporting.
