Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in the energy industry, with 3 years in or with electric utilities.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written formats.
• Ability to structure complex ideas into clear recommendations and results-driven action.
• Experience influencing decision-making in complex organizations without formal authority.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with deep understanding of clean energy space and relevant regulatory players.
• Experience in managing or mentoring junior staff is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Understand corporate strategy for utility business line and support growth by recommending new market opportunities.
• Present recommendations to senior leaders and maintain awareness of regulatory landscape to identify emerging opportunities.
• Assess market trends and competitors to identify threats and opportunities and enhance market positioning.
• Collaborate with the utility team to remove barriers to deal progression and serve as a trusted partner with the sales team.
• Manage long-term campaigns to ensure success in future utility procurements and support organizational strategy evolution.
