Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in an executive support role with a strong focus on finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, communication, and client service.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel), financial reporting tools, and other related platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

- Draft and respond to emails, memos, and other correspondence on behalf of executives and clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
- Handle sensitive financial and client information with the highest degree of confidentiality, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and firm policies.
