Requirements:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in SaaS technology, preferably in the law enforcement sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing a large, complex sales pipeline.
- Deep understanding of the government procurement process and ability to navigate complex buying cycles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory up to 20-40% of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling Versaterm's SaaS technology solutions to law enforcement agencies in an assigned territory.
- Focus on driving new business revenue and developing long-term customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work with business development and sales operations teams to maintain a qualified leads pipeline through prospecting and networking.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations to showcase technology solutions and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams including product development, customer success, and marketing for seamless customer experience.
- Attend in-person client meetings, industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to build relationships with law enforcement agencies.
