Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Account Executive in the government technology space.
- Experience selling to state-level law enforcement agencies and understanding the government procurement process.
- Strong track record in managing large transactions and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned state up to 30-50% of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Versaterm's SaaS technology solutions to state-level entities and agencies across North America.
- Manage a large, complex sales pipeline with significant opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate and close deals.
- Attend legislative meetings, events, conferences, and tradeshows.
