Requirements:
  • Three or more years of professional-level sales experience, with at least two years in a sales management role preferred.
  • Crisis management, resourceful, and solution-oriented abilities.
  • Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills to influence key decision-makers and clients.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business is preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and accurately project future sales forecast.
  • Conduct business meetings with dealers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with the dealer.
  • Recommend service, product, and process enhancements to improve the sales potential for both dealers and the company.
  • Keep current with economic indicators and changing trends to maintain sales volume.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with sales directors to develop and update strategic business plans.
  • Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships between different channels and cross-functionally.
  • Observe and interact with customers and D2D representatives in the field.
  • Partner with the sales team to qualify, recruit, and launch new dealers.
  • Assist in launching new dealers and help them succeed within the first 90 days.
