Requirements:

• 7-10 years of experience in product management within healthcare, insurance, education, or a similar highly regulated industry.
• Experience developing domain strategies and driving teams to achieve goals.
• 2+ years of people management experience with junior to senior direct reports.
• Clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships.
• An experimentation mindset centered in hypothesis thinking and rapid experimentation.
• Adept at agile methodologies and iterative product lifecycle management.
• Ability to balance qualitative and quantitative data in product decision-making.
• Value a culture of inclusion and empathy.
• Passion for Alma's mission to improve mental health care access.

Responsibilities:

• Own the long-term strategy for the Care Delivery and Practice Management domains.
• Support squads in developing short/medium term strategies.
• Drive product delivery from ideation to adoption.
• Track and analyze performance and financial metrics.
• Work with product and engineering leadership to manage organizational change.
• Motivate, coach, and supervise a team of Product Managers.
