Client Manager - New York Small Group

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent education.
• 5-7 years of employee benefits experience with a brokerage, with recent account management experience.
• Experience supporting New York-based small employer groups (50-100 lives).
• Strong knowledge of small group plans and products.
• Knowledge of financial arrangements and health products, including fully insured, level & self-funded, and captives.
• Health Insurance License required.
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable presenting information in public speaking settings.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor for an assigned book of employer groups (50-100 lives).
• Be adaptable and proactively address client issues to deliver an excellent client experience.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and internal stakeholders for daily client servicing.
• Drive clients' annual service plans including renewals, open enrollment, vendor deployment, and compliance support.
• Foster consultative relationships with client executives and deliver tailored benefit solutions.
