• Background in tech, SaaS, fintech, or creative industries.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Google Suite.
• Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills.
• Personable, tenacious, empathetic, and conscientious mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Source and engage high-quality talent pipelines by headhunting and maintaining candidate relations.
• Conduct screening interviews to identify best-fit candidates.
• Oversee inbound applications using ATS tools.
• Coordinate with hiring managers ensuring smooth candidate progression.
• Represent the company through strong verbal and written communication.
