Requirements:

• Experienced mobile UI/UX practitioner with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong communicator, capable of presenting designs and explaining decisions.
• Proficient in user-centric design principles for web and mobile.
• Good eye for UI/UX design and capable of creating unique user workflows.
• Excellent collaborator, thriving on understanding and solving user problems.
• Self-directed and resourceful in navigating ambiguity.
• Highly proficient in Figma and familiar with Adobe CC.
• Skilled in leveraging GenAI to enhance design processes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design abilities and product-building experiences.
• Well-versed in consumer social/financial/B2C product design.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Managers to develop and refine product strategy and vision.
• Prepare wireframes, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design ideas.
• Work within an iterative design process, conducting user experience research and testing hypotheses.
• Collaborate with engineers to understand technical requirements for design implementation.
• Influence product aspects across teams, including copywriting and lifecycle marketing.
• Act as a design mentor to other designers and cross-functional partners.
