Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of first and third-party APD adjusting experience, Commercial Auto experience is a plus.
• Current adjuster licenses, where required.
• Strong consideration for candidates with industry designations including Associate in Claims.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with various internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an inventory of first and third-party Property Damage claims, including Total Losses.
• Review and evaluate coverage and liability.
• Investigate and maintain claims by securing necessary information.
• Affect settlements and reserves within prescribed limits, submitting recommendations on cases exceeding personal authority.
• Convey complex information to all appropriate parties while maintaining professionalism.
• Ensure timely, accurate claims payments and compliance with applicable laws.
