Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of plasmid purification technologies and molecular biology workflows.
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, including relationship development and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Support the local sales account managers in identifying and developing relationships with potential customers in pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
• Engage with academic institutions that require automated solutions for plasmid purification.
• Involve in the full sales cycle, including outreach, product demonstrations, and closing sales.
• Communicate with customers to monitor purchasing patterns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction.
• Tailor sales strategies to meet the specific needs of each sector.
