Requirements:

• Commercial apprenticeship and/or master or bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of work experience in an airline or related field.
• Comprehension of airline logistics services like lease, reverse logistics, and cost optimization.
• Strong airline network within the region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Very good command of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the implementation and negotiation of new or updated strategic partner master lease agreements within the region.
• Collaborates with partner organizations and internal departments to monitor shipments and support operational execution.
• Assists the operational sub-team with tasks such as airline lease customs setup.
• Supports airlines with day-to-day questions and customer solution engineering activities of the sales departments.
• Collaborates with the pricing team to ensure competitive offerings and achieve cost reductions in logistics charges.
• Tracks partner performance and identifies new business opportunities.
• Conducts regular business reviews with partner airlines.
• Maintains relationships with key stakeholders and conducts training sessions based on local business needs.
• Leads marketing efforts with newsletters and events planning.
