Customer Success Manager (Southeast based)

Requirements:

• Active license to deliver clinical care (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LCPC, PhD/PsyD) in the Southeast.
• Experience working in or around school systems.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in the outpatient setting.
• Commitment to serving traditionally overlooked communities.
• Passion for addressing the youth mental health crisis.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with and deliver an outstanding experience for Southeast school district leadership, school staff, and families.
• Launch and maintain school district partnerships, promote trust in Cartwheel, and gain insights through regular communication.
• Deliver clinical guidance and coaching to school staff as questions arise.
• Provide ongoing strategic views on districts, including strengths, opportunities, and risks.
• Share feedback on the care model, technology, and operations with leadership.
• Support strong collaboration with Cartwheel's clinical team.
• Travel to districts as needed for targeted support.
