Requirements:
- 7+ years experience in an enablement leadership role supporting go-to-market teams in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration to design and execute enablement programs.
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions, enterprise sales, and customer expansion strategies.
- Experience with building effective sales onboarding and training programs.
- Strong data-driven mindset for creating and tracking productivity metrics.
- Passion for coaching, training, and empowering teams.
- Deep empathy for customer-facing roles; direct field sales experience preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with GTM leadership, product and marketing to develop scalable enablement resources and programming.
- Ensure alignment of GTM teams on product updates, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
- Map Narvar’s sales process with customer buying process for skills and tools enhancement.
- Develop sales and customer retention playbooks in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Manage a rolling 12-month GTM Enablement roadmap.
- Analyze GTM teams' productivity and establish improvement metrics.
- Facilitate a first-line managers’ development program.
- Oversee enablement tools implementation with GTM Systems team.
- Act as the liaison between domestic and international enablement teams.
- Plan and execute sales meetings and GTM Kickoff.
