Requirements:
  • 7+ years experience in an enablement leadership role supporting go-to-market teams in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration to design and execute enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions, enterprise sales, and customer expansion strategies.
  • Experience with building effective sales onboarding and training programs.
  • Strong data-driven mindset for creating and tracking productivity metrics.
  • Passion for coaching, training, and empowering teams.
  • Deep empathy for customer-facing roles; direct field sales experience preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership, product and marketing to develop scalable enablement resources and programming.
  • Ensure alignment of GTM teams on product updates, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
  • Map Narvar’s sales process with customer buying process for skills and tools enhancement.
  • Develop sales and customer retention playbooks in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Manage a rolling 12-month GTM Enablement roadmap.
  • Analyze GTM teams' productivity and establish improvement metrics.
  • Facilitate a first-line managers’ development program.
  • Oversee enablement tools implementation with GTM Systems team.
  • Act as the liaison between domestic and international enablement teams.
  • Plan and execute sales meetings and GTM Kickoff.
