• Ability to scale the Design System and support a growing number of products.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting into the VP of Design and engaging with the executive team.
• Becoming part of Monzo’s design leadership team and responsible for scaling the team and raising design quality.
• Driving business impact through core product experience and organic growth.
• Managing and mentoring a small team of seasoned product designers.
