  • Serve as the primary expert on all HIPAA, PHI, and compliance issues, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and lead training sessions on compliance topics for staff and contracted personnel.
  • Handle complex information requests and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Create, update, and effectively communicate compliance policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about compliance rules for various states.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance on compliance concerns to staff.
  • Conduct regular audits and prepare reports on compliance findings.
  • Collaborate with other teams regarding compliance issues and regulatory concerns.
  • Proactively identify regulatory changes and advise leadership on implications for the business.
