Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of sales, business development, or customer service experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in mental health.
- Compassionate communicator with a passion for patient care.
- Familiarity with insurance verifications, medical benefits, and billing processes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including email and phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of HIPAA policies and practices.
- Proficiency in computer technologies, including G-suite, Excel, and EMR/EHR Systems.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Pacific Time, and participate in a weekend on-call rotation.
Responsibilities:

- Become a trusted advisor for patients seeking care, managing the patient intake process with empathy.
- Assist in verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, while managing digital patient files.
- Coordinate patient care and work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor during all patient communications.
