• 3+ years of relevant experience in email fundraising or similar.
• Mastery of 3+ common CRMs or fundraising platforms (e.g., ActionKit, ActBlue, etc.).
• Proficiency in email writing for fundraising.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS for managing email programs.
• Attention to detail and creative writing skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the email content creation process.
• Delegates writing tasks to junior team members and reviews their work.
• Codes and produces emails when needed.
• Pulls, interprets, and presents email performance metrics.
• Manages client meeting agendas and contributes to new business proposals.
