Senior Java Software Developer - OMS

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency in Java with experience in serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda).
• Expertise in Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) and message brokers (SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
• Knowledge of OMS (Order Management Systems) and POS (Point of Sale) platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., CircleCI, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with microservices architecture and real-time data management using event streams.
• Strong experience with GraphQL, API design, and integration.
• Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in team-oriented environments.
• Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals and Software Engineering principles.
• Experience with AWS services for scalable solutions and knowledge of headless architectures and commerce technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support high-quality project work for Order Management Systems (OMS) and Point of Sale (POS) platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, Product Managers, and clients to gather requirements and ensure timely project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and APIs.
• Engage with stakeholders for project updates and address concerns.
• Write clean and efficient code, conduct code reviews, and maintain code quality.
• Track and resolve support requests using a ticketing system.
• Analyze incident trends and recommend proactive measures.
• Validate changes through regression testing and provide feedback on system improvements.
