Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
• 3+ years of experience in observability or application performance management.
• Passion for technology and technical sales with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Desire to grow professionally and adaptability to a changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings during international trade shows and key customer meetings.
• Partner with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities and incremental sales within existing accounts.
• Lead technical solution evaluation in support of sales opportunities through POCs.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to customers’ C-suite executives and provide technical guidance during sales stages.
• Gather feedback from customers for product improvement and share best practices within the team.
