Product Design Architect

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a relevant role, preferably in the tech or cybersecurity industry.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing with customers and partners.
• Analyze user research data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Propose design and usability enhancements based on research findings.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with marketing to inform GTM strategies based on feedback.
• Create detailed design specifications and usability reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
