Requirements:
- 5+ years field experience of quota-carrying in a fast-paced, competitive market focused on new business.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Proven success selling to customers in the LATAM market.
- Track record of overachievement in sales targets.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Skilled in managing a complex sales process and building business champions.
- Previous training in Sales Methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).

- Work with Customer Success Managers and Professional Services for customer satisfaction.
- Connect customers to internal and external resources.
- Know the products, competitive landscape, and develop appropriate messaging.
