Requirements:
  • 5+ years field experience of quota-carrying in a fast-paced, competitive market focused on new business.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Proven success selling to customers in the LATAM market.
  • Track record of overachievement in sales targets.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Skilled in managing a complex sales process and building business champions.
  • Previous training in Sales Methodology (e.g. MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
  • Familiarity selling SaaS products, devops, and open source technology is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Evaluate, qualify, and convert incoming leads, following up with decision makers.
  • Build strong relationships for growth opportunities.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers and Professional Services for customer satisfaction.
  • Connect customers to internal and external resources.
  • Know the products, competitive landscape, and develop appropriate messaging.
  • Implement improvements to sales processes and tools.
