Requirements:
- Customer facing experience in solutioning, post-sale support, or customer success management.
- Technical knowledge related to networks, PKI, automation, and security.
- Experience managing Enterprise customer accounts, particularly with Fortune 500 organizations.
- Excellent communication, both oral and written, and exceptional listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across different activities.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales teams for account transition from Pre-Sales to Customer Success Management.
- Establish measurable success criteria for customer goals and ensure onboarding objectives are met.
- Accelerate adoption of solutions and help prioritize projects for quick ROI.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and workshops to drive value realization.
- Manage customer engagement and ensure satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunities.
- Travel to the USA and Europe occasionally to expand customer networks.
