Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Sales Enablement, or Technical Product Marketing roles.
  • Prior experience in a Sales Engineering capacity with a strong understanding of customer-facing technical sales processes.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training and enablement programs tailored to technical teams.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience creating enablement assets such as demo playbooks, technical presentations, and workshop materials.
  • Familiarity with identity, cybersecurity, or enterprise SaaS industries is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize enablement program effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement training programs, workshops, and enablement sessions tailored to the SE team's needs.
  • Build reusable assets including demo guides, presentation decks, technical playbooks, and best-practice documentation.
  • Align SE enablement materials with Veza’s overarching narrative and value proposition.
  • Organize and lead technical workshops to ensure SE teams are well-versed in product functionality, integrations, and real-world use cases.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather insights and align enablement efforts with company goals.
  • Develop structured onboarding programs for new SE hires.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Veza’s product roadmap and ensure enablement materials are updated.
