Requirements
- 3 years of experience in high volume appointment setting and/or lead generation campaigns focused on IT services.
- Driven, energetic, and goal-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to keep track of details and take notes on client interactions.
- Capable of listening to prospects and cultivating relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make 100+ cold calls a day to potential clients.
- Email and utilize networking skills to set up appointments for BPO and IT services.
- Conduct research to understand and target the right users for the services offered.
- Utilize sales lead tools like LinkedIn/SalesNavigator and ZoomInfo effectively.
