Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in online marketing.
• Previous experience in a sales, business development or project management environment.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
• Talent for sales and good communication skills.
• Target-oriented and determined to succeed.
• Flexible, able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Action-oriented with good business insight and innovation cultivation.
• Strong customer-centric mindset.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and spoken German skills, very good spoken and written English skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage small-or medium-scaled projects, including maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Sell and promote Awin service packages and products to publishers and strategic partners.
• Drive business development with new publishers in collaboration with the sales team.
• Identify and execute business development opportunities.
• Build trust with customers using a consultative selling approach.
• Collaboratively understand external customer needs with colleagues.
• Support implementation of policies, create case studies, and share knowledge on project outcomes.
