Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to UK-based functional leaders, aligning business goals with HR strategies and people priorities.

  • Support and lead recruitment efforts with direction from Talent Acquisition leadership.

  • Lead day-to-day HR operations including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor compliance with UK and European employment laws and update policies.
  • Drive cultural and values integration across employee touchpoints.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations on headcount and organizational design.
  • Guide leaders through change management initiatives.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
