Technical Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a technical capacity within an agile environment
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, and composable commerce concepts
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

• Investigate business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Work closely with the Product Manager and technical team to capture solutions
• Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements and specifications
• Communicate effectively with both technical team members and non-technical stakeholders
• Identify project risks and dependencies, proposing effective solutions to mitigate risks and resolve issues
• Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization for long-term Support clients
• Stay informed of the latest trends in composable commerce, MACH architecture, and agile methodologies
