Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a technical capacity within an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and composable commerce concepts.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Participate in workshops and meetings to capture user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and technical team to design solutions.
• Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and propose effective solutions.
• Facilitate requirements gathering for long-term support clients.
