  • Establish and maintain relationships with dealer senior leaders.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals within an assigned book of business.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms with dealers.
  • Support dealer escalations with relevant functional areas.
  • Act as a liaison between the dealer and internal teams.
  • Learn about new products with the training team, becoming a subject matter expert.
  • Maintain strong team morale and energy focused on sales goals.
  • Document sales activities in Salesforce and communicate with team members.
  • Lead change and support continuous improvement.
  • Manage account receivables for assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to high-quality customer service and open communication.
