Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering effective training programs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- A creative approach to training that engages diverse audiences and learning styles.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers and key stakeholders.
- Develop training materials and modules, leveraging a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
- Facilitate training sessions for employees at various levels within the organization.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives meet the needs of the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in training and development.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages employee engagement and participation.
