Requirements:
- Proven experience at least 2 years in event planning and coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure.
- Familiarity with wellbeing initiatives or corporate event planning is considered a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate events, including Wellbeing Programme activities and company-wide Connect Initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define event goals and schedules.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- Provide on-site support to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze event performance and prepare reports on attendance, feedback, and budgets.
- Maintain event documentation and conduct post-event evaluations to enhance future events.
