Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and follow processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Active listener and good team collaborator.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• PC proficient.
• Not required, but a plus: Automotive knowledge and/or interest.

Responsibilities:

• Review and resolve customer requests submitted to Turn5’s Customer Service team.
• Review and respond to inbound vendor email communications in the form of tickets.
• Handle inbound phone calls from vendors and make outbound calls as needed.
• Create ticket requests for tasks and escalations based on provided information.
• Add order level updates to systems, such as entering tracking numbers and updating shipment dates.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
