Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles in the energy sector.
• Experience in energy storage, renewables, or clean energy technologies.
• Demonstrated track record in negotiating and closing partnership documents.
• Familiarity with commercial & industrial energy consumer needs, especially in energy-intensive sectors.
• Leadership experience with small-medium sized teams or coordinating stakeholders.
• Strong technical background in energy sector and familiarity with emerging technologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Robust existing network within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, manage, and implement partnerships strategy for distributed energy solutions products.
• Identify potential strategies for partnerships; act as initial contact for potential partners.
• Develop, test, and validate partnership opportunities, building business cases and coordinating support across Calibrant Energy.
• Negotiate definitive documents for ongoing collaboration and manage partnerships.
