Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role managing SDRs, business development, or a sales-focused team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to motivate, coach, and guide team members.
  • Practical understanding of sales tools such as CRM platforms, lead tracking systems, and reporting software.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality.

Responsibilities:
  • Set clear performance metrics and KPIs for SDRs.

  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching to improve results.
  • Develop and implement strategies based on CRM data, analytics, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure alignment on lead generation and pipeline goals.
  • Create and present regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs to excel in lead qualification and pipeline development.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through goal setting, rewards, and recognition programs.
  • Optimize workflows, tools, and technologies to enhance SDR efficiency.
  • Push the team to exceed goals when performance falls short.
