Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software, cybersecurity and/or workforce management.
  • Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Teramind’s products and troubleshoot partner-reported challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Create and communicate system design and integration strategy with clients.
  • Design and deliver high-quality technical proof of values (POVs) for prospective customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers for feedback and updates.
  • Maintain accurate notes in CRM regarding customer input and status updates.
