Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years in a Sales/Pre-sales Engineering role in B2B software, cybersecurity and/or workforce management.
- Proficiency in Linux Server and Windows environments.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies, Docker, and PostgreSQL.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in Teramind’s products and troubleshoot partner-reported challenges.
- Provide technical expertise through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Create and communicate system design and integration strategy with clients.
- Design and deliver high-quality technical proof of values (POVs) for prospective customers.
- Engage proactively with customers for feedback and updates.
- Maintain accurate notes in CRM regarding customer input and status updates.
