Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related discipline.
- Strong prior experience in an Alliance Partner Management or related role.
- Experience in finding, recruiting and on-boarding new partners.
- Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem would be of interest.
- Excellent communication skills including writing, speaking and listening.
- Ability to tailor communication to specific audiences.
- Analytical skills to interpret complex sales and relationship situations.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Vonage's Salesforce and Salesforce SIs referral business for the region.
- Develop and nurture relationships with Salesforce and Salesforce's ecosystem partners.
- Align Vonage's sales team with their Salesforce and SI counterparts on pipeline development.
- Position Vonage within Salesforce as the number one communications partner.
- Execute field events with Salesforce and SI partners.
- Maintain strong relationships cross-functionally within Vonage and with partner account teams.
- Establish regular interlocks on alliance strategy and projected results.
- Drive go-to-market strategies within the region.
- Develop and deliver training for various departments on Salesforce.
- Promote the Vonage brand with customers and at industry events.
- Manage business and technical escalations.
- Execute against established sales and revenue goals.
